In 2004 Saff diversified it's business portfolio, making candy maker in the first stage investing € 500,000 in a toffee factory located in Bragadiru, Ilfov County. In June they produced their first toffees "Cipi" with milk, chocolate and fruit flavors.

In anul 2004 Saff si-a diversificat portofoliul de afaceri, devenind producator de dulciuri investind intr-o prima etapa 500,000€ intr-o fabrica de caramele amplasata in Bragadiru, jud. Ilfov. In luna Iunie au fost produse primele caramele “Cipi”, cu lapte, cu cacao si cu arome de fructe.
